Building A would be a 100 unit Market Rate Senior at 6 stories, with 150 parking stalls.
Building B would be a 100 unit Affordable Senior at 6 stories, with 50 parking stalls.
In the middle a shared outdoor amenity is proposed, including a Greenhouse, Garden, and Courtyard.
